Personal Training is a personal approach to training to achieve your health & fitness goals. As a client you will be able to improve motivation levels, be guided and assisted with your training to successfully achieve your goals.  Push your self beyond your limits!!            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personal Training is all about you.  To be fit and healthy you need to exercise and eat a balanced diet.  I know everyone is different, thats why I will design a workout specifically for you and your body.  I want you to get results .  Im available early morning, until late at night.  So there is no excuse not to get started.

           SPORTS FITNESS

Strength training is an essential element of fitness for every sports man and woman. The benefits of strength training to athletic performance are many.  Not only is it an integral conditioning component for power athletes such as football and rugby players, performance in the pure endurance events can be improved with a well-structured strength routine. 

Here at R4F I do programs to suit your chosen sport, if you are a local to the area i do one on one sports training and that includes kids as well from ages 5 and up. And you dont need me to tell you how important it is to keep your kids active.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

I do all types of group training session from: Kids, teenagers, adults and elderly 

A group personal training session will have around 2 - 10 people in it.  This will ensure that you are still getting that personal attention and motivation.  Training in a group reduces your costs and can be lots of fun.  Round up your work mates for a weekly after work session.

           MUSCLE TONE

 

In physiology, medicine, and anatomy, muscle tone (residual muscle tension or tonus) is the continuous and passive part contraction of the muscles, or the muscle's resistance to passive stretch during resting state. It helps to maintain posture and declines during REM sleep.

I have tailored programs to help with muscle tonning that will help you acheive your goal, wether it be just to maintain your current muscle weight or to gain muscle or to lose weight and drop your body fat percentage my 4-12 week programs will get you there!

           CORE STRENGTH

One thing I always tell my clients is that your CORE is the foundation of your body, just like a concrete slab is for a house. You have to have the slab (FOUNDATION) down before you can put your frame up, just like our bodys it is a MUST to build your core strength before anything else.

Core strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.  Eventually, your core will need to support heavy weight under serious stress when you squat, deadlift, or press.
